We offer a range of Buy to Let Fixed Rate Mortgage Schemes.

A Fixed Rate mortgage offers a fixed interest rate for a set period of time. This allows you to know exactly how much you will have to pay each month for the period of the fixed rate.

After the fixed rate period has ended, the products interest rate will revert to a Managed Rate scheme. The Managed Rate shemes charge a rate of interest which is set by the Society and is not linked to the Bank of England Base Rate. The interest rate you pay changes in line with any changes to the Managed Rate.
